Due to the existing protocols mandated by the Government of Saint Lucia, during every visit face coverings are mandated and social distancing is to be respected. All viewings will be prearranged and any requirements unless specifically requested by homeowners or the occupants of a property, viewings are continuing as normal. Our team are confirming that people have not experienced any symptoms before undertaking viewings with them, any member of staff or clients viewing are using antibacterial hand wash and sanitizing products before entering a property and after.

Where possible, we are doing ‘contactless viewings’, asking any person viewing a property to refrain from touching anything unnecessarily. Also, in many cases we are able to send interested parties electronic walk-throughs through pictures and videos, of the properties we are marketing.
